Transfer Information
How do I get from Geneva Airport to my Ski Resort?
Regular skiers know that transfers from the airport to your ski resort can sometimes cost as much as the flight.
The following options are open to you:
Transfer with your Tour Operator
If you have booked an inclusive package then your tour operator will normally include a transfer in with the cost of the holiday. For a list of Tour Operators check out our Partners pages.
Transfer with your accommodation provider
If you have booked flight and accommodation separately then contact your accommodation provider as they may run transfers between Geneva and your resort. For a list of accommodation providers check out our Partners pages
Public Bus
Regular busses operate from Geneva Airport to most ski resorts. Check out www.alpski-bus.com for timetable and to book online. Normally it is a bus/coach connection to a staging post like Moutiers followed by a minibus or taxi transfer up to resort. It works quite well but is still fairly pricey at around £70 for a return transfer
Private Transfer
Contact one of the many private transfer companies that offer taxi and mini bus transfers between Geneva and the popular resorts.
Car Hire
Car Hire is a straightforward and often cheap way of getting to the resort especially if you are in a party of 4. You can reckon car hire including petrol, ski racks etc will cost you about £200 for the week.
