How safe is my money ?
Satellite Travel are holders of ATOL 0488. This means
your money is fully protected by the bond we lodge with
the Civil Aviation Authority. For more information on
how the ATOL system works go to www.atol.org.uk. Please
remember that the ATOL system only covers you for the
cost of the flight you have booked.

What happens if I make a mistake ?
Contact us within 12 hours of making the booking and we
will cancel free of charge and refund your monies. This only applies if your date of travel is more than 7 days away. |

What if I make a mistake on the names ?
Don’t worry, contact us within 48 hours of making the booking and we will change the name free of charge after this time name change charges will apply as below. It is important that the
name on the ticket matches the name on the passport |

What if I need to do a name change ?
A charge of £50 will be applied for each name that is changed on a booking. If all names are changed then cancellation charges will apply as detailed below. A change of date and name will incur cancellation charges.
Bookings made before 31 August and for departures between 01 December 08 and 30 April 09 can change names on a booking free of charge until tickets have been issued. Tickets are normally issued 3 weeks before departure.
If you don’t know the full name then put TBA (to be advised) – you will not be charged a name change fee. |

What if I need to change my date of travel ?
If your date of travel is more than 72 hours away then you can change your date of travel, subject to availability, for an amendment fee of £50 per person, if the new flight is more expensive you must pay the difference if the new flight costs less then no refund will be offered.
If your date of travel is less than 72 hours away then cancellation charges will apply.
A change of date and name will incur cancellation charges.

Do I get charged for Ski or Snowboard Carriage ?
No, we do not charge extra for taking skis or snowboard.
Baggage allowance is normally 20 kg, occasionally on
some flights it is 15 kg, the baggage allowance will
show on your ticket. If you are taking skis and boots
the boots must be included as part of your baggage
allowance. |

Why do I still need tickets ?
Check In procedures on charter flights mean that ticket
are still necessary for travel. These will be posted to
you about 3 weeks before departure.
If you lose or mislay tickets they can be reissued
either before you travel or if necessary at the airport. |

Is there a meal on the flight ?
No, most of our charter flights now operate a pay on board service for food. |

Children under 16 will not be allowed to travel on their

Is there a charge for paying by credit card ?
If you pay by debit card, Switch/Maestro or Delta there
is no surcharge.
If you pay by credit card we charge 1.5% which will be
added to the amount taken from your card. |

The price you see is the price you pay. All airport
taxes, charges, fuel and currency supplements are
included in the price. |
